I understand investing in your hair and trusting a new hairstylist can be intimidating, so I appreciate you considering me to take care of you, and I don't plan on taking the task lightly!

Before the door
You'll receive a text the day of your appointment with instructions of what to do when you get here. You'll be able to choose a few different options to customize your experience with me.
Your Warm Welcome
I'll kindly meet you in the lobby and walk you back to introduce you to the space to make you feel comfortable before we begin your service.
The Diagnosis
We'll have a thorough conversation about your hair to make sure we're both confident on how we should proceed with your service. You will feel listened to, excited, and taken care of as we explore solutions and plans to create your dream hair.

This is for you if you just want to touch up your hair color with no major changes.

May be for you if it has been less than 2 months since you have last had it done and need ONE of the following.

You are a brunette or a red head wanting grey coverage.
​
You only want to add or touch up a partial highlight( top section and around your face).

*May substitute haircut for all over color refresh (roots to ends) with Luxury Treatment

The All Over Refresh
This is for you if you want to see a noticeable difference in your hair color.

May be for you if you have a Full "lived in color" or low maintenance color that would include one of the following: | heavy highlight, babylight, balayage with toner and root smudge | all over root refresh and full highlights OR it has been more than 6 months since you last had your hair colored.

Signature Blonding
This is for you if you want to go significantly lighter with your haircolor.

Pre-color treatment
Heavy highlight with balayage and toner.
K18 or emergency repair treatment

My Policies
Ensuring the Best Experience
I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut and color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 30 days from initial purchase for a lightly used product.
Need to Cancel?
At Lindsey Brown, I do my best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let me know. In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I require 24 hours' notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. If your cancellation fall within 24 hours you will be charged 25% of your scheduled service and that must be paid before re-booking another appointment.
